What shipping carrier does we use?
We use USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority Mail to deliver packages. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5pm PST, Monday through Friday are generally shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 5pm PST should be shipped the next business day. All orders are subject to product availability and order verification, which can delay the shipment of your package. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude Holidays.
What should I do if I don't receive my package when I expect to?
If your package doesn't arrive by the expected delivery date, please contact Customer Care shown in your order email as soon as possible and we will be happy to contact the carrier to locate your package. It's very important that you notify us if your package is not received, as we don't receive notification from any other source. Packages must be reported missing within 30 days of the expected delivery date in order to facilitate research by us and our shipping carriers.

If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to your address at this time, but please continue to check back as we expand our business.
